Low Water Pressure

hi all

I recently remodeled the bathroom and replaced the tub fawcett stems (separate hot and cold water). For a while it worked great, but now i get a sudden loss of water pressure in the hot line. opening up the hot fawcett stem cures the problem, but I am wondering what could be causing this? Thanks for your help,

If all you did was replace the stems rather than the entire unit, you may have purchased an incorrect (too long) stem. It doesn't take much. Remove them both and switch them to see if it happens with the cold water. Post back with results.

working again

Hi Chandler

turns out that the Packing nut (I think that is what it is called) was loose and just needed some tightening. I should have tried to take it apart first instead of posting first. anyway, works good now. Thanks for your help.
