Question Rattling pipes

Hi everyone,I'm having a problem with my hot water copper pipes rattling every time they are turned on/off.I am having this problem mostly in the bathroom and the plumbing is about 33 years old.Any suggestions??Thanks!!

Some pipe straps would help. A loose washer can exacerbate the problem, and you may have to install a water hammer arrestor if the first suggestions don't fix it.
