Unhappy Tricky Disposal Installation

I am replacing a sink that had a disposal attached with a deeper bowl sink. The new deeper bowl places the disposal outlet about 1 inch below the sewer inlet. Do I have any other choices decides not installing a disposal or replumbing to move the sewer inlet down >1 inch?

disposal

You can make a deep seal trap to take up the one inch difference. You will have to make it out of pvc fittings, you can also cut off the garbage disposal tail piece and use a regular p-trap if you have the room. Lots of luck.
