Request advice on fallen drain pipe

My house is on a slab and I have a drain pipe that runs from one side of the house under the slab to the septic tank. The pipe apparently slants the wrong way or has a long low stretch that holds water. Water from the bath and laundry then flows toward the other way ...obviously causing problems. Any ideas on how to fix? Thanks for comments

There is a backward flow on one side of the house with waste accumulating up toward the clean out valve. I had the pipe cleaned and then had a plumber run a camera through the pipe. Pipe is full of water for a stretch of 15 -20 feet.

Thanks for response. Let me know if you have any thoughts.
