Bathroom facett shut off

I have older plumbing with shutoffs for my bathroom facett that are soldered to the pipes. The problem is they are leaking and need to be replaced. I can remove the inside of the shutoffs but I can't find any replacement parts. Does anyone know where I can obtain some. This would be much less expensive than opening the wall to remove the old ones from the pipes and replace them.

Generally all the mechanics of the shutoff are a washer at the end and stem packing under the stem nut. If you can, post a picture of your stem on a site like photobucket and let us look at it for more information.
