Frost Free Repair

Can a leaking frost free faucet be repaired? Unscrewing or unsoldering it isn't possible because the cellar area where it comes through is inaccessible due to remodeling--so it can't be easily replaced.

After removing the packing nut on the outside the stem should unscrew then on the end you will find a washer.

If that washer isn't bad, or if replacing it doesn't stop your leak, then we will have worse news for you later on. Try the simple repair first, and let us know how it goes.
