baseboard heater question in basement

not sure if this is in the best spot...I'm doing a basement remodel. It had that thin wood paneling on the walls with baseboard heaters. I want to replace the paneling with drywall. Will the added thickness of the drywall pose a problem with the baseboard heaters? Will there be enough "flex" in the hot water baseboards to get the drywall behind them?

thanks for any help.

Depending on where the pipes are coming from, there should be enough flex to put drywall behind it. Try moving the baseboard before installing the drywall to see if it goes easy or hard.
