3 inch pvc pipe outside the house

I have a 3inch pvc pipe extending about 12 inches above the ground in the back yard. Can I cut it even with the lawn so i can mow the lawn around it easier? Thank I live in Oklahoma city if that helps

I take it that this is a cleanout pipe for the sewer line. Id say yes you can cut it down. But for sure mark it some how just where it is . You might have to use it on down the road

Hi, Cut the pipe lower than the lawn then install a irrigation box over it. Make the top level or a little less so you can run the mower over the top with no damage.
