Commercial Toilet Shutoff

does anyone know how to shut off the water for a commercial toilet?

we have a situation where the water keeps running in the toilet. don't know how to shut off the water.

There should be shut off valve on the water line behind the toilet.

If there is a flushometer serving this toilet and not a tank type assembly, right where the valve comes out of the wall and turns direction to the flushometer there is a ground joint stop. Remove the 1/2" cap and there will be a slotted groove that will accept a screwdriver.

Turn the slot clockwise until it stops; this will shut the water off to the toilet for repair.
