Unhappy Outdoor Spicket Repair

I replaced my backyard outdoor spicket last year and it works great. The only thing is I was able to cut the pipe and do a total replacement. Well, my problem is that my front yard spicket is going bad. I tried to find replacement parts to fix the stem and new seals, but I have had no luck. I would easily replace the whole thing but my sons bedroom ceiling blocks the pipe coming into the house.

I can unscrew the cap from the spicket and remove the stem and seals but I can't find a replacement. Can anyone help? I don't know the name of the spicket. Or do I have to start cutting drywall? heh Thanks in advance for all the help!

Thanks,
SlayerMan
