toilet -> shower switch

redoing second floor bathroom and considering to exchage shower and toilet , they are located alongside the same wall , the concern is :
I can not see the vent line from the shower ;
on the possible waste line way it intersects with drain line from tub and sink ; could be the drain from shower connect to the line from tub and sink . Another possibilities to leave shower and toilet as it is now but sink has to be move to the opposite wall in this case there is no vent line on opposite wall could it be OK for the vent line from sink go under floor and connect to the tub vent line ? Sorry for my confused description , hope that photos can help .

Hard to tell exactly how your pics stitch together.

Exchanging shower and toilet - serious replumbing here - the toilet needs a larger drain pipe than the shower provides, and there isn't a vent nearby (as the toilet is currently provided).

"Could it be OK for the vent line from sink go under floor and connect to the tub vent line ?" - Nope. It looks like your walls are opened up. Why not just plumb a vent line in?
