Anti-Siphon Valve

One of the zone in my sprinkler system acts weird..
When I turned it on from the timer, the valve hums and I do see some waters come out from the sprinkler head..but the water is so "small", that even not able to pop up the sprinkler head! If I turn bleeding valve a little bit, then good amount of water comes out of popped up sprinkler heads. When the timer is still on, if I turned off the bleeding valve, it will still watering and once the time is up, it will stop. However, next time, when the timer is on, it does that again. what can be done to correct this?

Sounds like dirt/debri is in the timer control system that regulates the opening and closing of the zones.

I would take it apart and inspect, clean thoroughly and reinstall.
