Compression Angle Stops on CVPC?!?

Is it okay to use a compression style angle stop on 1/2" CPVC pipe? I've got some solvent weld style that are specially for CPVC, but seems like if you ever need to replace for some reason, you'd have to cut off the solvent fitting, reducing the amount of CPVC you have to work with from the wall to the stop.

Any thoughts?

Thanks!

Or, cut pipe THIS one time and solvent-weld on a male threaded adapter made of cpvc, and screw on any stop you desire (except pvc - such as cpvc or metal) that has female threads to match.
