What is this?

I'm a new condo owner. First time homeowner, so trying to make sure everything stays working. Anyway, on the back of my condo, is a pvc pipe about 2 inches from the gound coming from the house. There is drips of water coming out of it. What is this?

Condensate drain from your air conditioner; dripping is good, when it STOPS dripping the line is clogged and needs cleaning. The water is the condensed humidity removed from the air inside.

Thanks for the reply. All I could think of was my house is already falling apart. Being a single parent, I've got to keep things in good shape. Thanks again.

Stop in anytime; lots of knowledgeable folks here to help. [Side note; I'm NOT the plumbing expert, just happened across your post and had an easy answer].
