toilet problem

I recently moved my bathroom from one room to across the hall to a bigger room. Ever since I did this my toilet doesn't flush properly if it even flushes at all. I Tied all the new lines to the old lines because they were only about 10 to 15 feet away. I didn't do anything to the vent pipe though I left it where it was. Could this be the problem. When the toilet does flush it bubbles when it finishes. I replaced the toilet and the new toilet does the same thing.

it sounds like that is exactly the problem. the vent for the toilet needs to pull off within 60" of the toilet itself. you could, therefor, be up to 17 feet from the vent line. at that distance it may as well not even be there. you're goint to have to cut in a vent and run it out the roof.
