OK, to clarify my original 2 questions: What is a boston loop? & What is a Wisconson? In Arizona, all DWV is ran in ABS. I've heard many new construction plumbers refer to the special island venting as a Boston loop...at least I think that is what they were refering to. As far as the Wisconson... all I know is that they have refered to one being either left hand or right hand. These terms are commonly used out here by the largest plumbing company in Arizona when they talk about the underground plumbing. I'm a new residential building super and am not ready to confess ignorance to any of these plumbers. Also, a good many parts come prefabed, i.e. the front yard c/o's... or bullhorns as they are called here. Any help????

Hello, My outside frost-free sillcock is leaking. By leaking I mean that water still trickles out of the spigot even when the handle is turned all the way off. It is not leaking inside the house at all (as far as I know). I need to know how to disassemble it and also which brand it may be so I can repair it. Would it be safe to say that it is probably the rubber seal at the end of the shaft? Here are some pics. How do I disassemble it?
