Question bathroom reno

I am moving a sink from one wall to another.
Since the drain is cemented in I was wondering if I could run the existing drain through the 2x4's vertically 4 feet in to the corner then another 4' along the ajoining wall to the new placement of the sink. Understanding I would have to give it the appropriate slope.

assume you mean that you want to run the new pipes horizontally....

If so - Yes you can... make sure you vent the new sink also the same way as you plan to run your drain.
