Y vs Sanitary T

Hi,

I'm tying a 2" PVC drain line coming from my kitchen sink into the 4" waste stack. Should I use a Y hub or a sanitary T hub? Under what circumstance should each be used?

Thanks,

Dave

NJDave: You can use either one tying into a stack., but you have to have a vent line off the kitchen sink, luck.
