using Pex manifolds

Hello everyone, I have recently switched over to using pex piping instead of copper. it is great, and much easier then expected. I went with the Manifold homerun setup. Trouble is, We are now adding an apartment in an upstair addition, can I just put a Tee in the line ging to the water heater? or where is the best spot to put a Tee in to get a main feed to the top floor manifold Block? Or do I put the Tee in before the main line hits the first Manifold block? I apreciate any help, We are the king of do it yourselfers, and have hit a snagg

MagillaGorilla,

Your setup is something I'm interested in doing in the near future. What manifold are you using and are you happy with the setup? Do have any pics you can post? Thanks
