Leaking siphon valve on Woodford 17

I recently replaced the innerworkings with a repair kit ftom Woodford. As long as there is no pressure, it works fine. The moment I attach a hose and sprayer (creating pressure when the sprayer is not triggered) the unit leaks from the top. Any ideas?

Thanks

Take the plastic top off, under the cap is the vacuum breaker, once cap is off that will unscrew from the top, there is an o-ring that is broken, replace the o-ring and that will fix it.
