Leaking garbage disposal

Our garbage disposal is leaking from the reset button and two screws near the reset button. The garbage disposal works fine but anytime any water goes in the sink it just drips out of the bottom of the disposal. Our home is 14 years old...can it be the disposal is cracked or corroded already??? Does it sound like we need to replace. All helpful comments appreciated greatly!!!!

Water leaking around electricity? Sounds like a replacement is due to me, Sal. After 14 years, assuming it is orig equipment, that old disposal has probably had it. You can have it checked, but I bet a replacement will be necessary.
