No Hot Water

fuse is o.k. reset button worked the first time, doesn't seem to need resetting now...no activity at all...do you think it may be the element? if the element is bad, won't the heater still activate and just not produce hot water? HELP PLEASE

the upper element comes on before the
lower does,it is probobly the upper element.
but dont hold me to that because the unit needs to be checked out with a multimeter to be sure.
if you know how to operate one you need to
ohm the elements and test the thermostats.
