I have a Delta faucet with two handles. My spray hose stopped workin last month and my husband just replaced the diverter. Actually, he has used two different diverters--neither of which has helped. When I turn on the faucet there is "bumping" noise like there is air pressure in the line. This has happened since he started replacing diverters. Now occasionally a little water will come from the spray--not much and not strong--then nothing. Help--I don't want to replace my husband.

REPLACING THE DIVERTER,IF DONE CORRECTLY
SHOULD HAVE FIXED THE PROBLEM,HAVE YOU
TAKEN THE SPRAY HEAD APART TO CHECK FOR
LIME AND SCALE BUILD-UP?SEE IF WATER WILL RUN THRU THE HOSE WITH THE SPRAY HEAD DETATCHED.
