Low water pressure - what do these have in common?

Recently my water pressure has dropped in the bathroom. The pressure at the showerhead has dropped dramatically and the same thing at the sink, however the tub still fills normally (as far as I can tell) as does the toliet. Water pressure seems to be normal elsewhere in the house. I replaced the shower head and it made a small improvement but it still lacks. My first thought is something in the wall that I can either replace or adjust.
What do the shower and the sink have in common that the tub doesn't that might be causing this?
