KITCHEN SINK WON'T TURN ON

We have a perpetual leak under out kitchen sink.
After turning off the water supply and fixing the leak,
I turned on the main water supply again. Now the faucet
will only drip. The dishwasher is getting water. The disposal
works. Why will no water now flow through the faucet?

Since you turned off water main, I assume that there is no cutoff under sink, right? If your faucet has an aerator, remove it and clean it out. Sometimes when working on pipes, scale (or other debris) gets knocked loose and ends up clogging aerators. Hope this works. Good Luck!
