Can I use a pump to increase my hot water pressure? My cold pressure is fine,I get good flow at the tank and I'm not on a well.

IS THE PRESSURE LOW ON ALL FAUCETS,AND DO YOU HAVE STEEL WATER PIPING ?

I would like to put a toilet on the opposite side of the house to the soil outlet, in the loft. I have heard about toilets with a system for forcing the waste down a small core pipe. Is this suitable for covering a distance of about 25ft? If so what amount of drop would be required before it meets the main soil pipe on the wall. TIA

What is the difference between the upper and lower thermostat on an electric water heater? Should they be set at the same temperature? How do you test them to see if they are working properly?
