Vent pipes and turbine caps

Has anyone ever used one of the winddriven turbine type caps on a plumbing system vent? Trying to find a good way to keep the leaves and squirrel stuff out and perhaps increase venting some?

It would be a little difficult to fit 10" or 12" turbine on a 2" vent pipe and keep it balanced. One way to keep the crud out would be to install a piece of screen over it and securing it with a worm gear clamp and trim it up. Another method I have seen is to obtain the bottom half of a 2" S-trap and set it on top of the 2" (don't glue it, as you may have to remove it sometime to clean out the vent.) Friction and gravity should hold it in place.

Why not just put any number of styles of vent caps on it?

Properly installed vents don't need additional venting, nor would they be desirable I would think.
