leaking showerhead

I have a shower head that constantly leaks. I have changed out the showerhead and I have replaced the washers. It still leaks!!!

Where and when does it leak? Are you saying water drips out of it when you are only using the tub? Or does it leak around the threads where you screw it on ? Or ?
