Broken floor bolt on toliet

Okay, so it's time to sell the house and the inspector said, "your toliet doesn't sit level." Then the buyer said, "Fix it." We figure it's no problem, just tighten the bolts. Then we discover when we pull the cap off the bolt, the bolt comes with it. The toliet doesn't leak and has no problems other than 1/8" of movement. Any suggestions on an easy fix or is this one of those new flange and seal stories?

if you can remove the other bolt go ahead
and pull the toilet remove the old wax ring
and inspect the flange to be sure it isnt broken,then install new wax ring and closet bolts then reset.

Finding a plumber

The diverter in the shower is all rusted. The whole thing needs replaced in my opinion. I have called three plumbers. None showed up. Another that did show up for an estimate never called back. I think if someone would just replace the copper supply lines under the house I could handle the rest. I don't trust myself in the crawl space with a torch. It doesn't seem like there would be much to replacing the coper with plastic coming up through the floor. Am I right to be reluctant to doing it myself with the torch?

How would you Design the Shower

I want to make a shower that is like you are in a rain shower. the water would just drip down on you in a steady stream. My idea is to run pipe overhead and drill small holes in it or to put in the mister heads. What ideas do you have?
