outside faucet

I want to install an outside faucet can plastic be joined to copper than back to
add the faucet. I want to use plastic because its a long run and its only to be used as
a garden hose

Yes you can join plastic with copper, you will need to sweat in a copper female adaptor off a copper tee, then use a 1/2" cpvc brass adaptor, from there start the run to your faucet. The plactic pipe if under the house has to be cpvc, not pvc.
