My home is 4 plus years old and has started to develop leaks from the outdoor faucets when they are on. I'm pretty certain the washer seals aren't as they should be. So I decided to replace them. When attempting to dis-assemble the faucet I found that I was in very new territory, this faucet did not come apart like others I have replaced washers on in the past. Is this because of the Anti-siphon valve?
Do I simply remove the screws bolting the faucet to the house and pipe wrench the faucet counter clockwise to unscrew it from its connection in the wall? There has to be a way to remove/repair this faucet, I just didn't want to twist off a pipe or break a connection somewhere. Can you help me out?

If you remove the screw and handle 1st, behind it is the packing nut, take out packing nut, make sure water is off, now while turn counterclockwise pull at the same time, it will pull the packing out at the same time the long stem extracts from faucet body, reassembly it back the way it came apart after you put on the new washer.

You might do this during the day just incase you have problems and need to replace the entire faucet.
