kachunk in kitchen
#1
When I turn on the kitchen faucet, it makes a kachunk sound and the pipes beneath the sink jump. When I take the aeroator off, it doesn't kachunk, but water sprays all over the place from the faucet. Is this harmful to the plumbing system? How can I fix this? My house is 7 years old. Thanks!

Have you tried to put the areator back on to see if it still makes the sound, it is possible that the is a loose on the stem this can cause sounds if it's loose.
