Are you experiencing a drop in pressure because somebody flushes a toilet, turns on another valve someplace, or the sprinklers come on? If that's the case, about all you can do is ask others in the house to be more courteous. There are new shower valves that are pressure compensated so that the water temperature remains the same, say when a toilet is flushed, thereby reducing the cold pressure, or when a hot valve is opened, thereby reducing the hot pressure. Maybe Plumber2000 or one of the other plumbers in this forum can tell you if it's possible to do anything that will maintain the pressure, not just the temperature.
