instant hot running
#1

Previously, my instant hot water faucet would occassionally drip...I diagnosed it as steam condensation, turned the heat down and it seemed cured. Now, it is a constant trickle of scalding water. I shut the unit off and turned off the water to the unit, but, ummm, this cure obviously has it's drawbacks... Help?

There is a cartage that pobably got bad, these are not easy to replace, you have to take the handle off to get to it, there tricky and I would say call for help on it, or purchuse a new unit and replace the one you have.
