I live in a mobile home and I need another faucet on the front of my home. How can I do this and would it be better to tap into the water supply to my kitchen since that is closet to where I want to put in the new faucet?

Tapping into the water supply as close to where you want the new bibb is fine. Just make sure you locate it higher than the floor of the mobile so as reduce the possibility of dirty water siphoning back into your house water supply.
