nondraining drain

my sink in the bathroom will not drain. I have ran drano through it and have snaked it. what it looks like is that the water will not push past the J-trap can anyone offer me some suggestions.

You will need to have the line cleaned out, it is stopped up, call in a drain cleaning company to get these line cleared.
