Delta mixing valve trouble. HELP!

I am having a problem with a Delta Shower mixing valve. It is nearly five years old and is beginning to slowly stop my hot water flow. for some reason the hot water flow even when turned fully on is barely pouring out. can this be reapired? Can I do it myself? How? thanx James

It might be the cartiage need replaced, shut watre down to house, take valve apart and take cartiage to your home center, get a new one and reinstall it, see if that solves the problem.
