Question

I am interested in building a full bath in my basement. I will be installing a shower and toilet about 7 feet from the main waste line. My question is how "difficult" is it to cut a slot in the concrete to tap into the main waste line. If I have a contrator do this for me, about how many hours would he charge for the rough-in??

Thanks for the help.

It's not hard to cut concrete, even you can do this if you are willing to attempt it.

However if you hire someone to do it, get at least three bids.
