Leaky shower

I have a Single handled Delta shower faucet, with scald gaurd, that is leaking terribly. How do you stop the leaking in this type of faucet?

Turn the water off and dissassemble the valve, inside there should be two springs and two washer, replace these and reassemble the valve, turn the water back on and see if the leak is stoped.

leaking waltec double handle faucet in tub

HI, I moved into this place and I have a double handle "waltec" faucet. NO turn offs are installed (in an apartment). Could any one please tell me if I need to remove or shut off the water to replace the Orings. Also I heard that there are some faucets that have NO orings. Is this the type?? I remove the handle, then there is a 3/4 inch nut, Do I take this off??

No hot water pressure

The hot water to my kitchen sink is just fine, but next door in the bathroom the sink & bath (both on the same pipe) start off OK for about 2 seconds, then pressure drops to virtually nothing. Sitting and staring at the water flow for a while shows it 'pulsing'. Erm... help?
