When we turn on the faucet or flush the toilet we hear a groaning sound? What can be the reason?

Sounds like the mainline is plugging up on you, you need to get this cleared out before you have more then the sounds you are hearing.

Bathtub Stopper won't stay open

Need advise on how to fix a bathtub stopper that won't stay open to let water drain. I have to keep my hand on to let the water out. When I remove my hand it slowly closes up and the water will not drain.
