little drip!

we have a one piece toilet, and we can hear a very very slow drip, water dripping directly into the drain, flapper is good, tested by applying pressure and did not stop leak. this is a good one!!!! the toilet needs to fill itself in the middle of the night 2 or 3 times, when the tank gets low. please help.
