Exclamation Plumbing / Revent

When they built my house they did not provide ruff in for a bathroom in the basement. I know how to do most plumbing & concrete work. I have planned out that my toilet will be within 18" of the main stack and the shower drain and sink dain will be with in 6' of the main stack. The problem I have, how do I vent? I would like to vent back at the main stack, but the other two bathrooms upstairs already drains into the same stack. Can I cut into the main stack 6-7 ft above the floor and tie in a "Y" for the vent? Or are there any other options?

You cannot wet vent between floors, at least not under the UPC, so you do need to provide a vent. You cannot tie into that drain stack as a vent.
