how do I de-winterize my home?

We have a house for sale. We just paid a fortune to winterize our house 2 weeks ago. last week, we got an offer we accepted and now we have to get the house de-winterized....

The company who did the job and already charged us a small fortune for the winterizing process wants to charge another nice amount to dewinterize it (and wont explain us how to do it). And we wonder if we can do it ourselves....

The house had a hot and cold water line, with hot water boiler and around 200 feet of baseboard hot water line. It is baseboard heat.

The company who worked there
- Serviced the boiler
- Empty hot water heater
- Put antifreeze on all floor drains + all traps in the house + toilet

The water is off (we asked the company to stop it).

My understanding is that we have to turn the water on, and flush the anti-freeze out, but not sure what to do....

Can anyone help us please?

Welcome to the forums! By servicing the boiler, did they completely drain the water from all the baseboard heaters? Ask them.
Refilling the water heater will only require you to close off the spigot on the bottom of the heater, opening a hot water faucet furthest from or higher than the water heater and turn on the water. If it is gas you will have to return gas service to it and light it; if electric, turn on the breaker ONLY after it is completely full and water comes out the hot water faucets.
Flush the floor drains by pouring water down them, probably a half gallon each. The sink traps and toilets will purge themselves with the first use. Don't forget the washing machine stand pipe. Pour some water down it, too to purge the antifreeze.
