For the last several months there has been intermittent noise wihtin the water pipes whenever water is turned off inside the house. Our water supplier is an independent company, but the source is well water. We have copper throughout and a water softener system. Some of the neighboring properties are experiencing the same problem but, not as frequently. The water company has no explanation. They claim our water pressure is 76PSI. Adjoining properties experiencing no noise have a water pressure of 42. This problem is getting progressively worse and now the pipes sometimes vibrate without anything being turned on or off. What should we do to resolve this problem??

My shower door in my stand up shower is leaking from the bottom corners. There is caulking (I think) all jammed up in the corners from the previous owner's attempts at fixing it. There is also a rubber flap along the bottom that keeps most of the water in, it only seems to be coming from the corners. Help? How can I fix this?
