broken shower drain

First time poster!

OK, 2 months into owning my first house (10 year old modular) and the guest shower drain has broken. It appears to have completely corroded, between the lip and the drain pipe. The stopper was completely loose, and I can look down and see there is nothing connecting the drain pipe to the lip, which is still firmly glued to the shower floor.

My question is what to do? I guess I need a new drain, and to remove the old one.

Let me also mention there is limited or no access to the bottom of the shower, I have a crawlspace which is pretty tight..

Any suggestions/help would be much appreciated.

I would do whatever it takes to remove the lip from the top, then take it somewhere to look for a replacement. That's the first choice. The crawl space it the last resort.
