Help

first of all we started with the washer was running and it caused the toilet to leak from underneath and water bubbled up in the bathtub and water came up in the sink. so we thought it was the septic tank. well we had that pumped and everything is still clogged. snaked every pipe reachable to man and even snaked the drain on top of the house. also while the septic was open you could hear water running into it and nothing was on in the house that would cause water to run. I am desperate for help....no shower no clothes washed no dishes washed the only thing that will go down is the toilet. thanks in advance.

When you say "snaked", do you mean an electric machine or a hand thingamajig?

All indications are that your big 4" drain line between the house and the septic tank is at least partially clogged, most likely with roots. You could get someone to come by and use an electric snake or you could rent one to use yourself, if you haven't already.

And, if you have used a big powered snake to no avail, then perhaps you have the option of renting a longer/larger snake, or you're most likely going to have to replace the line with plastic.

ETA: The sound of water draining was probably the backlog eeking-out from around the clog or straining through the roots.
