Bathroom sinks won't drain

Started Christmas day while running the kitchen sink, noticed prblems with insinkerator. When I run the dishwasher, water backs up in both bathroom sinks. I live in a Condo and would appreciate advise on how I might tackle this problem.

Welcome to the forums! Highly possible you have a vent occlusion which needs to be cleared. What you have is similar to placing a soda straw in a Coke (Pepsi up north), placing your thumb on the straw and withdrawing it. The liquid will remain in the straw until you admit air by removing your thumb. Your plumbing works the same way and without air from above, the drains won't work properly.
I would also check the draining of the tub to see if it drains properly. If not, you may have a clog in your main line, so both scenarios need to be checked out.
The vent must be attacked from the roof, so be extremely careful. You can use a garden hose (water off) and chug the vent until all the acorns, leaves, twigs, etc are pushed on down into the drain system.
Let us know how it goes.

What were you disposing of in the insinkerator? If it was something like a quantity of potato peels, they may have created a clog. Don't ask me how I know. You might need a rotorooter guy, or a friend with a long snake to clear the jam.
