hot water supply

I am building a laundromat with 25 machines.

As you are facing the machines, I have a 2" cold water supply pipe running in the back of the machines from the left side running about 90 feet to the hot water heaters.

There is a 2" hot water pipe running from the hot water heaters that ends at the first machine that is about 90 feet away. How can I maintain a good hot water supply at that first machine all the time especially over night or after there hasnt been use for some time?

Have your plumber install a circulator and loop to keep the hot water out in the pipes ready for use. Then insulate them to the max.

and no tank heaters? if so then you will be defeating some of the reasons to have a tankless heater.

have the tankless heaters been sized for the load that may be on them? they have limited gpm compared to tank heaters.

your plumber should know how to install a circulation loop to keep the water in the pipes warm. it is different depending on the brand and model of heater you have chosen
