Outdoor frostless spigot leak inside wall

I have a frostless spigot that is leaking from inside the outside wall. It only leaks when I turn the water on, so I think the pipe is cracked that leads to the valve. The water leaks through the siding and it doesn't leak on the inside wall which is under our kitchen sink. How do I go about replacing the pipe? Will I need special tools?

it is the whole spigot that you will need to replace. not just a piece of pipe.

some are screwed in and some are soldered it just depends on what kind of plumber built your house or replaced it last time if it has been replaced before.

Sounds like you left the hose connected during the winter. Just replace the entire frostproof silcock.
