Air in pipes. How do I remove air from plumbint pipes to stop the vibration in the pipe when I flush the toilet?

Air in the supply pipes should bleed out after using the pipes for a day or a week. If the pipes are still rattling around, you likely have another problem.

1) They need to be strapped down tighter so they don't shake around and move.

2) You may have a worn washer in the toilet shutoff valve which is causing vibrations when water runs through the valve. Do the vibrations sound like a mini-jackhammer?
